Love Island’s Grace Unveils Her Cosmetic Procedures: See Her Stunning Transformation from Before!

In the past, some reality stars have hidden what they’ve had done to their face or body. However, these days, many are a lot more open about what cosmetic procedures they’ve had. This includes this year’s Love Island star Grace Jackson

A lot of Love Island stars undergo a makeover before they head in to the villa so they’re feeling their best.

However, as well as well as things like changing their hair or hitting the gym a bit harder, a lot of islanders also undergo a few cosmetic treatments before going on the ITV2 show too.

In the past, some reality stars have hidden what they’ve had done to their face or body. However, these days, many are a lot more open about what procedures they’ve had. This includes this year’s Love Island star Grace Jackson.

The 25-year-old model and business owner from Manchester filmed several videos for her aesthetic doctor, Doctor Josh, to reveal what she was having done before heading in to the villa.

Doctor Josh, who boasts 105,000 TikTok followers, has now shared the clips online with all the details of the procedures Grace has had.

Speaking to the doctor in her consultation video, Grace was asked what she wanted done ahead of the Love Island villa. She replied: “Definitely tear trough [filler], I’ve not had that done for over a year now so I feel like that really needs doing. I think maybe a little bit [of filler] in my chin, you know how we just round it off?”

She then added: “I don’t know what you think about lips, they’ve not been done for over a year. They’ve lasted really well. I over line them, so without lip liner I don’t know if they just need a little bit more.”

Grace also said she’d had Botox in her forehead in the past, but wouldn’t need that topped up ahead of the villa as it’s still “fine” from her last top-up.

Dr Josh replied to say they did tear trough filler for Grace, as well as some filler in her chin and also in the cupid’s bow area of her lips.

Grace is open about the work she’s had done

Another video saw the doctor actually carrying out the procedures. He was first seeing giving Grace temple filler, which he claimed would “add a subtle lift to the ends of the brows”. Doctor Josh also put a “minimal amount” of filler into the chin to ‘diminish Grace’s dimple’.

Next, the doctor added filler in to Grace’s cheeks, as he told followers: “Grace has naturally hollow under eyes. We’re topping up her tear troughs to plump and rejuvenate this area. You can see the results instantly.” The doctor claimed this procedure was “painless”.

Lastly, Doctor Josh said he was adding a small amount of filler into Grace’s Cupid’s bow on her lips to “add volume”. He added: “Grace has been a patient for many years, she only required small touch ups for maintenance.”

The doctor then showed what Grace looked like back in 2021 with no filler, compared to what she looked like when he carried out the procedures in May this year just before she went on Love Island.

People were loving the video, with it racking up more than 5,000 likes. Despite some people saying she looked ‘better before’ the procedures, others thought she looked great either way.

One person exclaimed: “Grace is so pretty,” while another added: “The way she’s absolutely stunning before. This is how you get work done wow.” A third told the doctor: “Such great work!” While fourth chimed in: “Thank you, finally an in depth explanation.”

As well as Grace, Doctor Josh also has a number of other reality TV and celebrity clients, including Love Island’s Molly Marsh, Hollyoaks’ Chelsea Healey and Netflix star Emily Miller.

The revelation comes after a photo of Grace from her University days went viral, where fans said she looked ‘completely different’.
