Home and Away Stars Ada Nicodemou & James Reveal Exciting Family Plans | “We Never Stop Laughing”

Home and Aways. Adah Nicadimu and James Stewart reveal their exciting family plans.
We never stop laughing.
Happiness may not come with a single formula, but for home and away stars and real life partners Adah Nicadimu and James Stewart, shared laughter appears to be the glue that holds everything together.
While viewers now see them as a couple on screen, the romance took time to blossom in real life. After years of working side by side as close friends, Ada and James officially began dating in 2024.
Their relationship quickly became public when they stepped out together at the 2024 TV week Loi Awards, making their red carpet debut as a couple in coordinated looks that turned plenty of heads.
James, 50, says their strong friendship laid the foundation for everything. He explains that laughter has been constant from the beginning and remains part of their everyday life.
Ada, 48, agrees, describing their relationship as joyful and grounding.
She says feeling content and genuinely happy has been one of the most rewarding parts of being together.
That warmth was on full display during TV weeks exclusive Home and Away Christmas shoot where the pair danced, joked, and laughed their way through the day. The light-hearted mood offscreen couldn’t be more different from the turmoil facing their characters. Leah and Justin, whose marriage has been tested by grief and emotional distance.
Leah’s struggle to cope with the loss of her nephew Theo created tension between the couple. And with the season finale approaching, their future in 2026 remains uncertain.
Adding to the heartbreak, Leah has also had to say goodbye to her close friend Irene. who left Summer Bay following an Alzheimer’s diagnosis a storyline Ada admits was emotionally draining.
After such an intense year, it’s no surprise Ada is ready for a change of scenery. Over Christmas, she and James are heading to Europe with stops in Dublin and Oslo, where they hope to catch a glimpse of the northern lights.
James is especially excited about the trip, having never experienced a white Christmas, while Ada is already preparing for the freezing temperatures with thermals, boots, and heavy coats.
Their travel plans don’t stop there.
Next year, the couple will return to Europe with their children, Adah’s son, Jonas, and James daughter, Scout, for a family adventure spanning Cyprus, Italy, France, Spain, and London.
The kids are already making requests with Jonas keen to watch a Liverpool football match. Both parents say they’re proud after seeing the children successfully settle into year 7.
Ada admits the transition surprised her, but says both kids are thriving, excelling academically, and showing impressive maturity.
For James, recently turning 50 has been less about change and more about reflection, prompting him to appreciate life and family even more deeply.
From overseas adventures to unforgettable moments like a North Queensland holiday where James famously kissed a cane toad, the couple say life feels full and as long as there’s love and laughter, they wouldn’t have it any other way.
Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more movie spoilers next week.
Goodbye and see you again.
