A SOAP legend has revealed she was secretly bullied by a co-star on set – before confronting them with a furious outburst.
The actress admitted she eventually snapped, asking: “Are you always an a******e?”

Actress Lynne McGranger revealed a colleague constantly attacked her in front of the cast and crew

The star in question is Lynne McGranger, best known for her long-running role in soap.
She played Irene Roberts on the beloved Aussie soap Home and Away for 32 years.
The Aussie TV icon is a well-respected member of the Summer Bay crew.
However, the star was candid about a time she was bullied while working on the show.
Appearing on her co-stars Sam Frost and Sarah Roberts’ new podcast, Cracking On, the actress recalled a time she confronted a colleague.
This comes after the colleague constantly attacked her in front of the cast and crew.
She said: “There was a time where I felt bullied, doesn’t matter how old you are.
“I felt like it came from quarters is shouldn’t have come from.
“I’m a bit of a red mist person. Like I’ll put up with that stuff, and then I just lose it.
“Of course, we’re in a situation where almost the whole cast was there and extras, because why do something in private.
“I remember saying to this person, ‘are you always an a******e or is it just towards me?’
“And this person said, ‘oh it’s just towards you.’
“And I went ‘I thought so,’ and you know what? Never again. Never again.”
Although she doesn’t say who the bully was, she admitted it was someone who “should have known better”.
Lynne has two Logies (one gold and one silver) under her belt.
She originally trained as a primary school teacher, before becoming an actress.
She started in theatre, with roles in Bye Bye Birdie and West Side Story.
After small parts in TV shows such as The Flying Doctors and Sky Trackers, she landed the role of Irene Roberts.
Her character Irene faced some hard-hitting storylines, including battling booze, cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.
Lynne told RadioTimes that she wanted to return to theatre, which is why she quit the soap.
She said: “I’d been thinking about it for a year or two. Maybe it was time to change direction, do a bit of theatre, not to get up at four in the morning and film in the rain!
“I had taken some time off to tour a play called The Grandparents Club and realised how much I’d missed theatre, which is where I started my career, and that’s where I wanted to be.”
