As Brie struggles to settle into her new living situation following her split from Remy Carter, living alongside two loved up couples, Brie is constantly reminded of what she has lost. To cope, she throws herself into long hours at work, burying her emotions behind her professional duties.
Her housemates Sunny, Dana, Theo, and Lacy try to lift her spirits. They organize a small party in her honor, greeting her with laughter, shot glasses, and a game of water or vodka, but unbeknownst to Bri, every glass is filled with vodka, setting the tone for a night of distraction.
The mood shifts later in the week when Brie teams up with colleague Joe Langam for a hospital shift. At first, the pair work seamlessly together, sharing light-hearted banter and finding common ground.
