‘Love Island All Stars’ Season 2: News, Updates, and More

Will more Islanders return to the villa?!

There were pies, icks, love triangles, and more during the inaugural season of Love Island All Stars, which saw Molly Smith and Tom Clare crowned as the first winners of the series back in February 2024. Enter: us needing to know whether there will be another season ASAP.

The ITV sensation saw previous Islanders such as Georgia Steel, Chris Taylor, Liberty Poole, and more return to the iconic villa for another chance at finding love, with some leaving coupled up while others stayed single.

If, like us, you’re wondering whether you’ll see other contestants reappear in a future series (we’re looking at you, Maura Higgins!), then here’s everything you need to know about season 2 two of Love Island All Stars.

Will there be a season 2 of Love Island All Stars?

Drumroll, please!!! Maya Jama revealed Love Island All Stars will be the next iteration of Love Island to hit our screens during the summer Love Island UK final on July 29, 2024. After announcing Mimii and Josh as our official series winners, the host said she looked forward to seeing everyone again for the winter version, which sees recognizable faces from previous years of the show put into the villa with the hopes of finding love.

Previously, ahead of the release of the summer series (which kicked off on June 3), ITV confirmed the All Stars series would return next year to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the show. Yep, that’s right! We’ve had an entire decade of Love Island.

Speaking on the exciting news, Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment Mike Spencer said, “What a perfect way to celebrate a decade of Love Island, by bringing back another all star class of Islanders for what will I’m sure be another vintage year of romance, drama and relationships.”

Bring on season two!

Who might host Love Island All Stars season 2?

While nothing has been confirmed as of yet, we can’t really imagine a season of Love Island without host Maya Jama, who has previously shared that she’s keen on hosting the show for as long as people want her to.

“I’ll stay for as long as it’s going,” Maya previously told The Sun. “It’s been fun actually. It’s been my favourite job ever.” Speaking about the new All Stars format, which ditched Aftersun but saw her doing interviews with the dumped Islanders straight away, she added, “I’m doing interviews as soon as they leave…with this new exit interview format, I feel like you’ll get the raw emotion. I’m really excited about that actually.”

Who might star on Love Island All Stars season 2?

There are plenty of Islanders who might want to return to the villa for another chance at finding love. Of course, nothing has been confirmed yet, but we know we’d love to see Anna Vakili, Amber Gill, and Davide Sanclimenti, to name a few.

We do know, however, that Maura Higgins, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Adam Collard, and Kady McDermott have all said no to appearing on the show again. 😢
